What is Tomorrow.Building World Congress?
Tomorrow.Buinding World Congress exists in order to empower the green and digital transition of buildings and urban infrastructures across the globe. We help cities and territories become better places to live in by bringing them together and approaching the latest market-ready urban solutions.
The event consists of a 3-day congress and expo and has become the annual meeting point for corporate leaders, public representatives, entrepreneurs, experts, and academics from all around the globe, encouraging them to learn from each other, share experiences, talk about best practices, and open new paths for international collaboration.
When will Tomorrow.Building World Congress take place?
The 2025 edition will take place from 4 to 6 November.
What is the schedule for the Tomorrow.Building World Congress?
Tuesday (04 Nov) and Wednesday (05 Nov): 9am – 7pm
Thursday (06 Nov): 9am – 5pm
Where will the event take place, and how do I get there?
TBWC25 will be held in Barcelona, Spain. The venue is Fira Barcelona – Gran Via.
I would like to visit the event, how can I get a ticket?
Registration for TBWC25 will open in May. Fill out the form at the end of this page if you’d like us to notify you as soon as accreditation is open.
What can I expect from the event?
TBWC will grant you a vast range of possibilities in front of 25,000+ international attendees: great sector insights focused on solution implementation, business development, lead acquisition, networking, and many more activities.

I would like to speak at the event, can I submit an application?
The 2025 Call for Speakers is now open until April, 21.
You can also speak at TBWC25 by:
A) Becoming an official Partner. Ensure a congress spot and gain maximum awareness for your brand.
B) Hosting your own session in a Stage or Conference Center. Call for Breakout Sessions is open until June, 23.
I would like to apply for the World Smart City Awards, how should I do it?
These internationally acclaimed prizes recognize and support innovative strategies, projects and ideas that can make a positive impact on cities. The 2025 Call for Awards is now open until June, 30.
I’d like more information about the Smart City Expo spin-offs around the world. Who can I contact?

Do you have any travel agencies that can help prepare my trip to the event?
As a visitor or exhibitor of Tomorrow.Building World Congress, you can get great deals on travel and accommodation.

I’m already registered, how can I access the venue?
In order to access the venue you will have to present your Digital Badge, which you can find on the official event’s app (available from October). Once you arrive at the venue, it will be scanned and you’ll receive your printed Badge at the entrance.
I’m already registered; can I change the type of ticket?
You can do so by going to the complementary services page. This page shows the upgrades that you are eligible for, depending on the type of ticket you purchased.
I’m already registered, how can I print my ticket?
We promote an online ticketing! Make sure you read the following instructions on how to get your Badge:
- Download the Official Event App prior to your arrival:
The 2025 Official App will be available in October. You’ll find your Digital Badge on the app.
Please log in with the email address you provided in the Attendees Details during the registration process. - Use your Digital Badge to enter Fira Barcelona:
To enter the venue, present your Digital Badge on your mobile device. - Collect your printed Badge:
Your Digital Badge will be scanned, and you’ll receive your printed badge at the entrance.
What participation options do I have?
It is possible to take part as an exhibitor, sponsor, or partner – and there are different available options within each category! Find out more here. You can also directly contact us at sales.tomorrowbuilding@firabarcelona.com and we’ll get creative!
As an exhibitor, do I receive any invitations or discount codes to distribute among my network?
As an exhibitor, you get a number of invitations and exhibitor badges that depends on the participation package you contracted. You will also get discounted rates for purchasing additional passes.
If you are already an exhibitor, you can find this information in the Exhibitor Area.
If that’s not your situation, we will be happy to discuss exhibiting opportunities and benefits included such as types of passes, among others. Please contact our sales department: sales.tomorrowbuilding@firabarcelona.com.
I would like to organize my own session / a private meeting alongside TBWC25. Which options do I have?
If you want to organize your own session within the TBWC25 program or hold a corporate meeting alongside the event, you can submit your proposal until June, 23.
How can I exhibit as a startup at TBWC25?
Startups can showcase their solutions at the Innovation Playground, a dedicated space for emerging companies. Visit this page for details on participation options and how to apply.
How can I access my invoice?
If you requested your invoice during the registration process, log into the Exhibitor Area and find it available for download under the “invoice” section.
How do I organize the build-up of my stand?
We offer exhibitors full flexibility, whether they want to contract space-only and then personalize their design stand or contract a shell-scheme. For space-only options, we recommend contracting the service of buildUP, Fira de Barcelona’s booth design department.
How can I book stand and catering services?

When do assembly and dismantling take place? Does the assembly team need a special pass to access the venue?
Assembly hours:
- 30 October – 2 November: 8 am – 8 pm
- 3 November: 8 am – 10 pm
Dismantling hours:
- 6 November: 6 pm – 10 pm
- 7 – 8 November: 8 am – 8 pm
Please note:
– Vehicles will not be allowed inside the hall.
– Exhibitors who have booked their stand through ServiFira can have access to the stand 48 hours before the event starts. Their furniture will be delivered 24h before the event’s opening.
– All assembly staff will need a Contractor Pass, a personal and nontransferable pass that will give access during assembly and disassembly periods (not during the event celebration). Members of the assembly team will have to request their Contractor pass. The Organization will review the application and shall approve or deny it.

Also, do not hesitate to contact your Account Executive for any doubt you may have.
